Many people come to therapy for many different reasons at different times of their lives. In individual therapy, my clients see me one-on-one for confidential sessions in which they can safely explore themselves, problems, relationships, hopes and dreams. My services are available online for  Counselling / Therapy, Phone Counselling/Therapy, and E-Counselling options Australia-wide.

At Wild Hope Counselling and Consulting, I use an integrative approach to find my clients’ sense of strength, inner peace, fulfillment and wellness. As such, therapy sessions may include setting goals for the future, revisiting the past and exploring the present.

Others may focus on how they can creatively find ways of working through challenges or diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, disease or chronic illness or pain. They may also come to know how it manifests differently in their lives.

I respect that every client has different reasons that have led them to therapy. Therefore, I value that everyone also has different needs and ways of working on their journey. You may have a specific problem or issue that has brought you to individual therapy. On the other hand, you may simply want to develop a better understanding of yourself, relationships or personal growth.
